i bought sony xperia u on 25th oct but i didnt receive the item at my given address,i had to go to first flight office to receive the item and when i opened the item ,the seal was broken ,there were no warrenty card + no bill ,it seems that somebody from first flight was using my product and when they came to know that we are finding or tracing for the item,they wrapped it again with no warrenty card and bill.pls help with the solution and improve your courier service standared.and i have also not receive my gift
