my items which were purchased by me... not sent to my address ... i had to go to courier office to collect it... courier office directed me to collect it to office , it will not be delivered to given address... just ridiculus...

The shipping address will be the same as you have given in ebay.It is the courier's fault that they didn't take efforts to find your place.
