Dear Sir,
1. I have bought Seagate portable hard drive on 31 Dec 08 using Citibank credit card vide Paisa Pay ID: 23371503985.
2. Cashback of 10% minimum was eligible for buying item up to 31 dec 08.
3. Citibank has denied it s they say that transaction was done on credit card on 01 Jan 09.
4. Please varify your records and correct the transaction date with Citibank. I have to get a cashback of minimum 10% and you have to make the arrangement for its credit to my credit card account.
5. Please inform me the actions initiated by you.
