I ordered for a Canon D-600 camera on 23rd October 2014 and paid up the full amount using Paisa pay. On 30th October EBay initiated a refund request which is still on hold. I have neither received my item nor my refund till date. I have written to the seller multiple times with no result. I have spoken thrice to their customer care people without any response.
I am planning to goto consumer courteous account of EBay cheating their loyal customers by gobbling their hard earned money. I most frustrating fact is that despite so many calls and emails, eBay doesn't bother to call/email even once on this issue. I seriously have doubts on whether they have a customer service running or is it an automated I've system with standard responses.
