non delivery and no response from seller

the item i purchased on 24th, this was said to have been shipped from mumbai for lucknow on 25th aug. when i mailed to the seller on last saturday he replied he would advise on monday, but till date there is no response. enquiry from first flight courier results in response 'pl give correct consignment number origin and destination of shipping.
i am cheated.
pl refund my money with damages for loss of reputation Rs 5000.
such sellers must be banned immediately

@c153niyam the buyers @mahatmarg1 reputation is at stake it s a serious defamation business, he atleast takes 10,000rs from other sellers if the goods donot come on time, this time he is being a bit modest as the item value is low of 1299rs thus he has just demanded 5.000rs , now THE BUYERS RANMSOM asking REPUTATION is at serious loss if he doesnot receive it, which he clearly says,i hope this clears it, as ut clearly says """ am cheated.
