my claim id is *** and *** raised on 18th sep 2013. I purchased ddr3 ram from ebay twice first on 9th sep 2013 and than 11th sep 2013. But material received was not as described, it was old material with new packing. So I raised the claim on 18th sep 2013. After this seller opologized and asked me to ship material back for replacement on 20th sep 2013. I shipped the material back to the seller and he received both parcel on 23rd sep 2013. After this I contacted many times to the customer care but every time i was asked to wait for 48 hour. 15 days has passed I did not get replacement or refund from ebay
