I have booked a Samsung "GALAXY SIII OPAL+DUAL SIM+4.0"TOUCH 3.2MP+DUAL CAMERA+UPTO 16GB,JA.VA BT/." (261178506542)on 03 Mar and the item have been door delivred on 09 Mar 03 with thanks....But on opening the item pack, it is realised that there is no warranty/guarantee card or user manual or company authentication in it....it seems to be a duplicate one...please help me to get the required docs....my booking id is PaisaPay ID 33241940445. I am going to approach consumer greivance court for early remedy and for legal action to deliver a duplicate product....

No where in the listing seller has mentioned that it is a Samsung phone.

You have not bought a SAMSUNG phone you have bought a China phone of OPEL make, read the listing again.

Will you get a new Samsung galaxy S3 for 2400/- ?????.

As per listing title seller clearly mentioned Oepl as brand.
