negligence on the part of ebay in effecting payments of goods sold

i sold a playstation 3 on ebay one month ago and since then there has been no action on the part of ebay to process the payment of the product made through ebay's trusted payment method paisapay. Ebay's stock reply is that they have made the payment when i complained to them regarding this. When i clarify that the payment has not been received in my bank account both orally and through e-mail attaching my bank statement as proof thereof, they come up with the reply that they will look into the case. In this process this payment has been delayed by as many as 1 month. It is sheer harassment of people who sell on ebay and friends beware of selling on ebay
