I would like to suggest to eBay regarding negative feedback when buyer get any problem in item he immediately live negative feedback without any Communicate with seller. I think good way first buyer disuse with seller about problem in last option if seller not resolves problem then buyer live any kind of feedback. It’s good for seller and buyer eBay make option without communication they can’t live negative or neutral feed back. I hope eBay understand for seller problem

Its better to increase prices on EBAY india and sell on other sites also.

Negative feedbacks can be removed by giving "Free Replacements" sometimes and then asking for follow up.This loss can be covered by higher prices.

EBay India is not responding to all the threads where people have complained about CRF.They have chosen to stay silent.

There might be a group of Sellers who are EBay employees also and giving wrong judgements in CRF to reduce competition.

All is all CRF is probably being used by EBay employees to reduce competition.

@takgye - I think that is the only solution. Increase the prices and cover the loss through increased prices.

@takgye - the problem is its becoming like a habit for buyers. Some greedy buyers are complaining even though there are no issues and trying to take undue advantage of the situation and ebay policies. You have to double the time in communicating with those greedy buyers as well as keep sendign replacements to them - monetary loss is also there.

And as all agreed, community review forum has been a big joke. They dont apply commonsense while judging. I wonder if these are some ebay employees who always have anti-seller policies.

Increase prices and sell.Long term loss for EBay is there but when EBay is not bothered , then why should we?

You can try other sites also.These days they are getting good volumes.

Some sites will charge a little more, some sites lesser also but more importantly they give respect and answer your queries like a professional Organization.

Hello,

CRF now become big joke. If one party appeals in court and second party not responds in court then also votes will be given to that party who is not responding.

Is it Fair???

Sell with higher prices and ask buyer for follow up.

Sellers are moving out ..lie Ratetag has started own site and giving free coupons also.

Dont wait for ebay to respond....they wont since CRF seems to be some business secret of EBay.

Also seems ebay may be starting its own warehousing and selling.

So better be prepared rather than waiting for things to happen.

@vilas, it really doesn't matter now, whether the negative feedback is genuine or buyer is extorting feedback. cuz in any case, it will go to buyers favor.it is similar to feedback system, wherein, buyers are allowed to leave negative but sellers ain't. never seen such discrimination. and we still call it democracy.

best advise takgye has already given. increase the prices and cover for your losses from it. thats the only way.

@ takgye : I agree with you. Sellers should look out of ebay too now. As a buyer I look at other sites before opting for ebay. They have better services and I feel comfortable.

Ebay's customer service is the worst part. They just copy and paste responses and everytime there is a new person replying to the emails (even in a follow up of a case).

Ebay feels that discount coupons are enough for buyers. I say that good customer service and fair rules are needed for more buyers (and sellers).

I just don't understand it, ebay.in does not properly instruct new buyers (0 rating) what to do when an item is received; unless they buyers click item received how can seller receive payment? This is something new buyers are not aware of. Ebay should post some kind of reminder on their website regarding this, this is very important, else payments although may not be lost, will be delayed by as much as 15 days which is totally unnecessary if ebay india takes measure..

You are absolutely correct. eBay is making his own warehouse. That is the reason some account people of Vcustomers asks us that whether do you need any help in Sourcing the products. It clearly shows there intention.
