need Refund(Delay already10 days but no reply)

I had ordered computer DDR 1 RAM for Rs.690 on 2nd Aug 2012(Paisa Pay ID Is 31767434023),and Proposed deliver date was 15-Aug-12,Product was not couriered by seller.So i haved place Refund claim on 17th Aug 12(Claim ID: 113405), they says that you will receive confirmation call from eBuy in 48 hr & your money will deposited in your A/C within 7 das,
Today is 10th day(240 Hours instead of 48 Hr)But no any confirmation call received from eBay. How can you says eBuy is genuine site. this is only & only open Cheating.
I want my money refund in this 3 days, because its already delay 10 day from your side,if you do not return back my refund in 3 days, i will circulate mail to not buy anything from eBuybicz they are big cheater Site, alsoi will post same in facebook.

it takes some time , some times a month.
they have to clarify with the seller also.
do not worry , if your case is genuine you get your money back.

you can post any where you want about ebay, doesnt' matter. but truth is you will get your money back.

AND DON;T JUST HIDE YOUR FACE AFTER RECEIVE YOUR MONEY. POST A REPLY HERE ONCE YOU RECEIVED YOUR MONEY.

how can you say it will take 1 month to refund
then why you display in your site "we will refund your money in 7 day if you not received your item in 7 day."

here already 1 month is over & you say another one month will take. this is

to clarify with the seller it take one month??
it will take only 5 min. this is not a big case so that it take 1 month.This is call genuine site?? where we have to struggled for receiving our own money from you??

Finally i got Product(DDR1 RAM)after 1 month of order place. Although product is working properly & new brand,
i got this product when i placed claim for refund. Anyway i got product, Thanks to ebay Discussion forum Team.
