i think the guarantee that ebay boasts of so often in ads n site.... its all bogus..... feels like its thugs out to get our money.....
btw i also purchased an item from them a mobile battery but didn't get it even after one month.....
i paid by paypal, my transaction is there in my inbox but when i try to open a case , its not there.... moreover they say that i purchased the item using paypal, therefore my complaint will be resolved by ebay.com and when i contacted ebay.com, they said to contact ebay.in..... now i am just thinking who should i drag into consumer court... I too am a ebay seller, It is a good market place but some people spoil it by cheating.

We work hard on sourcing these items, investing in stocking and packaging, and take uttermost efforts to courier it almost the same day. Sometimes there are exceptions where in we clearly communicate with the buyers.

But cheating should not be tolerated.
