I bought a led of samsung worth 31000 on 20th march .received the product in damaged condition on 26th march.inforned the seller as as well ebay. Raised a claim id no 189129. Sent photo of damaged led. No resolution in sight. I requested for replacement but now would vant refund looking at the service level which is far from desirable.pl help as i get standard reply from customer care.
