money not refunded back -- Worst experience with Ebay

Hi,

  I am regret to inform you regarding the process of money refund back.

 I have purchase an ITEM(Curved 2.5d tempered glass + transparent case FOR XIAOMI Mi 4i" on 2 Nov, but some reason that item has been return back to seller.

hey have confirmed me that item has been return back to seller.

I have raised a ebay claim(1429545) for refund back of money, since I have not revieced the item. But due to some technical reason they have closed the claim. I have call several time to customer care and every time they give me false commitment that sir we would reopen the claim and we will contact with you but no progress. From past 45 days I am listening the same story but till now I have receive back my money. 

I have a good faith for ebay but after all this I will think twice before purchasing from ebay and in this way ebay will loose its customer. I don't though in my life that such fraud bussiness Ebay will do.
