money deducted from account but item not reflecting in purchase history

I bought BRANDED TERABITE 7 INCH TABLET LEATHER CASE COVER WITH KEYBOARD USB BLACK STAND on 30th March 2013 and paid Rs. 339 using paisa pay but it gave message of failed payment and to instructed try again but when i tried again to pay i did not get any message of payment nor the product is reflecting in the purchase history but my money has been dedected from my hdfc account. what should I do.

i buyed a used ps3 twisted metal game disc on 30th march 2013 and paid 513.37 using paisapay but it gives me a failed messege that your paisapay debit card payment cannot be completed but my money has been dedected from my icici account and the product is not showing up in my purchase history.so kindly help me.

Same thing happened to me, made a payment of 18k for a mobile phone using a credit card, payment page said payment was unsuccessful but received a text from HDFC bank that payment has been processed, contacted bank and they confirmed that money has been transferred, contacted ebay customer care and they asked me to wait for three days, haven't received any reply from seller.... don't know what to do 😞

I bought nighty on 30th March 2013 and paid Rs. 399 using paisa pay but it gave message of failed payment and to instructed try again but when i tried again it and get message "successfully completed". they have debited Rs.1458 instead of Rs.399... i don't know what gonna happen...

I reckon its probably because of the closing on 31st march, 2013, sellers are not accepting any payments. Hopefully they will start accepting payments from Monday onwards and will refund the money if paid more than once for the same item.

I was trying to purchase Jon Camy UV 400 Mens Sunglasses but my transaction has failed but my money (Rs 254.37) got deducted from my IndusInd Bank account on 29th March 2013 the product is not reflecting in the purchase history what should I do.
