mobile seller (ASTELCORP) cheated me

dear sir,
i bought a mobile phone SCIPHONEi9+++AG TOUCH 32GB DUALSIM JAVA GPRS WAP LATEST,i got this product on 4th of july 2010.the product is okay but it is just hell in battery backup.as per the product specifications the seller is claiming #
Talk Time: 200-380 minutes (depends on the network)

Standby Time: 200-420 hours

but this is all false.my cell phone is giving me only 9-10 hours battery back in stand by mode .another thing i that the seller didnt give me a original invoice he gave me a duplicate invoice with the ampunt mentioned on it only rs 999 however i paid to him 2999+199.
seller GUARANTEE: The phone looks exactly as shown in the picture without any minute deviation. but if u compare the back side of mobile phone in respect of its battery & sim card's place so it doesn't look the same as shown in the picture.
i have given postive comment but they are just manipulating the goodwill of ebay for their own sake
so plz this is my humble request to solve my problem i know that customer satisfaction is the soul of a business enterprise .i am getting soo much problem due to dis hand set

i emailed him so many times regarding the battery back up but he is not responding me

Astel Corp is very good seller.I am sure he sent you genuine i9+++ Phone. This phones backup depends on usage. So I would request you kindly reduce backlight time, Also do not use vibratory feel function and keep charging phone for 4 Hr. only not more than that to get good backup.

China Mobile 3.2" touchscreen will only give 9-10 hour battery back up.

Even the hallowed Original iPhone gives only battery back up of 4-5 hours if used for multimedia.

i am fully satisfied with the product in all the aspects but not in battery back up which the seller is claiming in its product description ..that is my main point.
