I am not able to sale because of ebay technical issue whenever I login it show message to verify my phone number then when I click on verify I got below error
"The following must be corrected before continuing:
The number you entered is either invalid or is used on too many accounts.
Update the primary phone number in your registration information to continue this process. "
I update my another number same error then I send a email to ebay no response 48 hrs is passed. I talk to like chat id 23974590. He/she not able to solve issue instead he/she inform me to update my primary number with a new number means I need to purchase a new number and after that also no guarantee it will work or not. I am not able to sell anything because of this stupid error
The things I try after this error
1. I update my old number try to receive call result same.
2. I try to use my friend number result same.
3. I try to use my dad,mom number result same.
I am losing money the strange part is I am on ebay from the past 2 years why it is now.
Question Arise:-
Why cant person use same number for 2 account and if he used in past that number then what is the issue ( although i never updated my selling number to my buying account)
somebody told me if I open my account in another system then they verify number ( which is quite strange for me)
But I used only one system only.
can anyone from ebay help in this content
