missing transaction ..kindly refund

Sir I am a member of ebay since last 15 years. 
I purchased a laptop at 4pm 21april 15 today ,icici bank statement is showing amount deducted from my account but its not showing in purchase list.

kindly look into the matter.


Sms from bank shows:
Dear Customer, Your Ac XXXXXXXX6823 is debited with INR52,336.00  on 21 Apr. Info.BIL*000755916700*PGMIB-laptop/ebay_cici375797. Your Total Avbl. Bal is INR2,42,364.84.

Excellent service...5 star to customer care ...52336/- a big amount so was bit apprehensive. ..but got refund within 48 hours...keep it up ebay.

I got the same issue, I bought a laptop for 62901rs,but its not showing any item in the purchase list. The transaction reference no from my bank is IG0AUSRSH8 on 08/10/2015 at 02:59:50

Talk to customer care and let me know if they refund your money! coz till know i didnt got my RS 14559. they said me to wait for 72 hrs lets see what new story they will told me tommorrow.

Daily i get info - to wait for 24/48/72 hours for my missing transaction money 8095/- whch got deducted and refund since last 50 days is pending , SR# 1-152207385143 .............dont know wat the team is doing ......
