item received in broken condition

I have received 12 kg canister of Tupperware in broken condition. After continuous calling of half an hour your representative asked me to call seller. Seller Charu agarwal is ready for replacement and asked me to send the broken one back. But who will bear the repacking charges & courier charges from Mumbai to delhi which is rs. 250/-. It means purchase the item for Rs. 975/- & pay courier charges of Rs. 250/- for resending it. Now resolve this problem and guide me.

Also i want to mention that your customer service helpline is so bad that one has to stay on the line for half an hour atleast then only your call will be taken and that is also not sure. It will be coming continuosly busy. Your chat session will show only estimated time to wait and nobody will come on chat. How to contact you if customer is having any problem

Dear Sir,

After you ship back the product to Seller, just email the scan copy of the courier receipt to eBay, eBay will refund your money and also will send you a coupon of the same amount which you will spend on courier i.e Rs 250.
