Ebay is most trusted brand among Online shopping Cart being influenced with your brand image I bought an Acer Laptop 5740 Battery but your Brand image ruined & shattered with the experience I faced and put me trouble Unfortunately I feel cheated.
Any Tom, Dick & Harry (Like Shree Laptop Solution Nehru Place) can list their product over your website and without knowing their Verification & Quality of service they are offering to customer you allow them to sell their Product. This spoil Brand image Ebay acquired after a long & Consistent performance in the Market.
Regrettably, I placed an order at 5 Sep 2012 of Acer 5740 battery (e Bay item #380466439874) and i received it on 6 Sep 2012 but disappointed as I received the Courier and kind of Packing with the Hindi Newspaper (Attached). The battery is not working and packing shown the Standard of eBay Seller along with the ebay!
My sole purpose to draw your attention is that Hasty/Wrong service of your aphetic Seller spoil hard earned image of your brand which happens to be the pioneered in this field. I hope in future no other customer is disappointed like me. Awaiting an early and quick action that mitigates our problem.
