even after making payments on 22nd Jan and ebay sends me a mail saying seller has shipped the item on 27th JAn i am yet to receive the item. Courier company denies having the parcel with them. When contacted ebay customer service the executive Rakesh tells me that its the buyers headache and its not ebay's look out and refuses to look into the matter. Does that means ebay is interested in minting money from the customers by giving false details. Seller is not contactable as his numbers are all switched off.
