i am martin jose. i brought a headphone before some days. but i didn't got the item till now. but unfortunately i confirmed the bill because i am new to ebay and that was my 1st purchase from ebay. also i cann't report a complaint since the confirmation is done . but i got a sms confirmation after it. and also reported that i didn't got the item. but it dsen't worked.
because of these reasons i want to cancel my order and want a refund.

Hi,
i am Prakhar Ranjan. i brought a Trendy men T-Shirt on 14th JAN. But i didn't got the item till now.
because of these reasons i want to cancel my order and want a refund.
My experience with eBay was the worst and i will never suggest any one this site for Online shopping. Because in this fast moving competition they need more than a week to deliver a single product.

Hi,
Booked an item 170962971726.
and voila the seller hasnt even dispatched the item till date.. and he wont .
he doesnt pick up the calls.. nor responding to sms or emails .
will i get my money back automatically if he fails to dispatch the item
