seller become "not a registered user" within 4 hours of purchase.

I bought a product "BRAND NEW LATEST FACTORY UNLOCKED APPLE IPHONE 4S 16 GB IOS5 8 MP CAM DUAL CORE(150973457120)" but seller has suddenly become "not a registered user" and listing removed within 4 hours of purchase. then i contacted customer care they said seller deadline to ship order 22/01/2013, then get refund in 1-3 working days.

but today(23/01/2013) morning when i contacted customer care they said 5 days take to approve refund.

can anyone answer my question where seller account no longer register and listing removed then how seller mark ship of item with tracking details? like you are asking a dead man to ship item. i request to ebay please make policy which is practically can be happen. where anyway seller unable to ship item why hold my money for 10 days (5 days for shipping + 5 days for refund approve) ? i will expect answer from someone real people other than computerize customer care people.

i am requesting to eBay please approve my refund other than hold my money without any reason.
