I purchased a set of two polo T shirts from ebay. I got the product within 10 days. It looked fine! BUT right after the first wash it kind of shrunk in size! I was very unhappy as it was my first purchase ever! So i left a negative feedback ! following which i got a call from "***" enquiring about my feedback! they asked me to courier the product to delhi and that the courier charges would be refunded at the easliest and the Product be replaced in ten working days!... I send it happily! And now its been 2 months i feel like i have been cheated by ebay and their seller. i was in continuous contact with the seller through ebay messages where the seller kept on saying "we need time" "Replacement would be done in 10 working days!" "We are sorry for your inconvenience" and what not!!
And today when i opened my ebay account whoof!!! All the messages with the seller have been deleted... Now i am left with nothing
T shirts also gone money also gone...ebay profited and customer loses!! Well now i plan to shift to ether e commerce traders why let you guys take my money and cause so much botheration!!
Beware customers what you buy and from where you buy from as EBAY still needs to improve their service and support before one can really trust them with their hard earned money!!!
