I could observe that most of the sellers are creating multiple ids to give themselves a positive feedback. Sometimes they are simply contacting other sellers and asking them to give a positive feedback in exchange of the same, without any transaction.

Kindly give proof of what you are saying, just blurting out something here in the forums is not allowed. You have become a member on 14th June 2011, you have not done even one transaction on ebay, how come you have got this much information so soon to make such a big allegation on ebay sellers.
