I have bought graphics card , I didn't open it , It is seal packed .
I want to sell it here , I am not gonna provide bill of item to buyer . Is my item is of new or used type ? reply plz

Its new and factory sealed, but disclose the fact that you are not able to provide any bill.

List it as a Brand New Unused Graphics Card, but you must mention the fact in your listing description that you will not be able to provide the original invoice and also give a reason why you do not have the invoice.
