hii i brought a seed package worth 3.1 USD from ebay.com on 9/3/13, yet till date i didn't received it. I asked the seller about the issue, he suggested me to get in touch with custom guys. Its USPS 1st class international courier with No tracking no.

do anyone have the same issue before??what have u done for it??

you don't have to.

if you have paid with paypal. go to paypal and raise a complaint that you haven't' received your item yet.
Please note , you have to open a case with in 45 days.

Don't listen to that seller, it is sellers responsibility to get it delivered.
