Dear sir,
I want to purchase some thing from Bulgaria. I cont. on customer care in India many time but they always misguide me can you arrange a call or proper gude for purchase out side from India.

I had similar problem in purchasing from abroad. Guidelines are nit very helpful. I think buying outside of India is tough and takes time to register. Paying mechanism has to be correctly set up

Dear hitehholographic,

To purchase from Bulgaria, do the following:

1) Ask the seller whether they ship to India. If yes, then ask them to do it via Speed Post which can be tracked.

2) It should be delivered to you in 10 to 12 days from Bulgaria if sent via EMS. If not, then call the nearest FPO to you. If you are in west zone then the nearest FPO is Mumbai, Sahar..

3) If the seller has sent an invoice and mentioned re-sale, then there should not be any duty unless it is a recently introduced electronic toy (mobile, tab, laptop etc)
