subject - i upload my all listings with ebay.com but here is no option for removal negative feedback. why...???
i upload my 90% listings on ebay.com but now ebay india seller's facing a bid problem with international buyer's. problem is international some buyer's is not satisfied with the product or the service. they cannot contact with us and send a negative feedback directly.
but negative feedback sometimes are geniue or sometimes unfair.
we have a option ebay communitycourt, we cannot appeal a case with ebaycourt. but now, we have no option for this situation. yes, we have one other option that is feedback revise request that is only 5 revise request.
please update for this now ebay india seller's have a big issue.
