please give me the details for filing a case against ebay

i have already filed a FIR in bangalore against ebay.in

its been 2 months..i paid money..but didnt recieved the product only...

please help me to file a case...

Just go to consumer court & file a case against the fraud ebay company. I am also going to file a case tomorrow.
