how to change feedback back to neutral

Hi. The product received was not as per the product shown on site. I have had multiple interactions with this seller and he promised to send the correct product advertised (which was Griffin Brand). I had initially given a neutral rating which he made me change to positive promising to dispatch new correct product. However, post that I have been following up and till now I have not got any new product.

How can I change my feedback back to Neutral as I was conned to changing it to positive by the promises of the seller

No. This is not what I am looking for.

My case is like this - I gave a seller a neutral rating, he called up saying that he is sending a better quality product and asked me to revise the rating to positive. I did so and then the seller never sent the revised item. So basically he cheated me to revise the rating and did not send the revised product.

Now, my question is, how do I revert to the original rating i gave (which we neutral). I do not see any option for this.
