Hi.. I had bought a macbook sleeve for my 13 inch laptop. Firstly it was of bad quality . moreover it was much smaller to fit my laptop. I had immediately responded to refund and the eBay people called me after 10 Days requesting me to contact seller. When I tried contacting seller he didn't respond to me . I am quite dissatisfied as I don't know whom to contact.. Worst experience

WORST ONLINE SELLER IS EBAY.
THEY CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.
TO ME ALSO THEY HAVE SENT A DEFECTED PHONE(Lava Iris X8 Black with Paisa Pay ID : 39140719020 on 5th May 2015. I raised a claim with Claim ID : 992379. But they are not refunding the money or exchanging the product.
Infact they asked me to contact the seller, but seller itself is not helping.
I am feeling cheated by eBAY.
eBay is fraud. They customer care is not ready to help.
