To pay your seller online, click the "Pay Now" button in the email notification or in the listing and follow the instructions. Once completed, the seller will be notified of your payment and will then know to ship your item. We recommend paying within 3 days of the sale. Some sellers include information on when they expect to be paid in their listings.
If you have a question unrelated to the final costs of your purchase, you can click the “Contact Seller” link on the item page.
To request your seller's contact information:
- Click the "Advanced search" link at the top of most eBay pages.
- Click the "Find Contact Information" link under Members section on the left side of the page.
- Enter the seller's User ID and the Item number.
- Click the Search button.
