It seems that you are referring to your transaction done on an international eBay sites in the month of June,2012. If it is correct, please contact the CS of respective eBay country site and PayPal.

You can not do anything if the purchase was done in June 2012. I think there is even no use of contacting Paypal and that country eBay site because 45 days timeline is very much over.

If i am assuming wrong date of your order, please clarify the CORRECT Order Date
