Hello,
Few days ago I ordered a brand new iberry AUXUS AX03G tablet
from ebay (item id: 130725425123) and paid the full
amount on 10 oct 2012 .
The Tablet reached at my place 0n 17 oct 2012 at 12 pm and after duly
charging it for 8 hours , I switched it on. Though the
tablet worked satisfactorily after the first start for about
45 minutes but hanged in the second start. It hanged at
AUXUS word/berry fruit page and the same thing happened
in subsequent switching on and switching offs. Clearly there
is defective software in the tablet.
On 18th Oct,as per the advice of seller, I returned the tablet (AWB no K58834534, dtdc couriers).The seller assured he would replace it.
But I have suffered severe dissappointment with the ibeery's Quality Assurance system and want them to refund my money( as I have returned the tablet the very next day of receiving it , due to software malfunctioning and moreover since i dont like their quality standards i seek ebay help in getting my refund
Can you tell me how can I get the refund, since the paisapay has already marked my order complete!
