In your "Want it get it" scheme where we had to accumulate till 30th March 2012 and claim the gift from 5th April to 20th April, i WAS to receive a 1 TB HDD as you free gift which I had claimed.
I am still yet to receive this product. I have called customer support a number of times and the usual answer is that it has been dispatched. and when I asked for the tracking ID, no reply was met.
Last week I called again regarding the matter but was told that the system showed only transactions till last oct only and my inquiry went unanswered.
PLease look into the matter at the earliest.
