I did not receive friendship day gift for the coupon YOBUDDY013. I have made multiple calls. The customer support is not at all good. Each time they transfer the call to promotion team and promotion team says that they will call back. But I have not received a single call back. Now the promotion team stopped attending the calls as well. When I asked customer support to connect to their superior, I was kept on hold for about 20 mins before the call got cut. This happened multiple times. If this continues, you are going to loose a customer. I lost hope that I will receive the item and also lost trust with ebay.
