dear sir/medam, i am truely requesting you to please consider my problem with the seller which i bought an MI redmi 3s prime has software problem and regarding to sellers advice i sent it back by my own cost to rectify the problem and they sent it back without rectified. and now i repeatedly try to contact them but i got no response so anyone from ebay , please help me out regarding the issue and what should i do in this mobile , and it has also manufacture and seller warranty. so they are wasting the time . so anybody please help me!!!!!!
