I have received one email on 20-5-2011 from ebay. It gave one offer that if I would purchase any item from ebay of amount more than 15000/- I will get one micromaxq2 mobile. So I have purchased 1 Samsung net book,1 USB Mouse, 1 speaker, and one net book sleeve from seller of amount 15472/- from ebay on 24/5/2011. With this I also apply for micromax q2 mobile by giving coupon code. But I have not received this mobile till now.
Today 64 day over.
When I asked about this mobile after purchasing the items you (ebay representative) replied me that I had not enter the coupon code correctly so that I am not eligible to get this gift. Is it right?
Was that coupon code accepted by you? What is the max. time limit to dispatch the gift?
Is there any problem to give gift if more than one item purchased to reach the minimum amount 15000/-?
Once ( I think 19th Jul.2011 ) ebay representative called me to ask correct address? I gave him correct address . I have updated my correct address so many times by calling to customer care also.
please tell me do you really dispatch the gift or not?
