This is with great desperation that i have to write here.
There is one item i ordered from Global buy, a simple memory chip. It was delivered but was not working.
I promptly raised a claim for either a replacement or a refund.
One Mr Ashish replied with a procedure to return the chip.
As per our agreement i provided him all the details of the shipment.
The next day i get an email from him that my claim has been closed "since i did not follow the process".
This was around 8th of July. After that i have written 4-5 times to ebay, spoken to them but there has not been any response. Instead the entire positioning is to blame me.
Is this what customer service can i expect from ebay?
Can i request this case to be investigated asap? i am not asking for any favors. i just want this case to be discussed on its merit.
