Same is true for me also. I was eligible to two special promotion gifts 1) X-mas promotion and 2)Diwali promotion i.e. A 320 GB hard disc and Head phone. Almost one 8 months have passed and nothing has reached me. Contacted them number of times but no result. E-bay people make false promises and never deliver.
Buy from ebay but do not expect promised gifts. You will be cheated.
