ebay promised gift on diwali purchase, ebay has disabled the update of registration address after announcing gift (through mail) asking to update registration address. Tried for 50 times , contacted ebay through mail, live support, no use . But I opened a new account , where I was able to change the address easily. Ebay is cheating us by offering free gifts.
I planned to buy a play station 3 . But After This i am rethinking of ebay credibility

Sir your I POD offer claim by PHONE CALL is very irritating one. After so many attempts I m unable to call and unsucceeded in claiming the i POD.

I made a claim for diwali gift. paisa pay id 23018014544.
I was informed that my address is not serviceable by TNT courier. Ebay was requested to send by other courier companies. the same is still awaited.. Lastly let me tell you that i have just RECEIVED my newly purchased mobile through TNT courier( AIRWAY BILL NO 850586815). This purchase was also done through ebay. once the sellers can despatch the items through TNT courier then what is the problem with ebay?

SOMETIME THE DELAY GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT EBAY IS NOT INTERESTED IN DESPATCHING THE ENTITLED GIFTS TO THE CONCERNED CUSTOMERS........IF WRONG PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR VERSION WHICH MAY SATISFY THE CUSTOMER..
