fraud on E Bay

I have purchased Item No 320334145052 Acer laptop from “ tamco_india”. And paid through paisa pay ID 23701386960, when I received the packet that was send through another courier then declared on E bay, but it contained nothing but garbage. As a ebay customer since 2004 this was my first loss. I returned the packet as it is to seller through ARAMEX courier no 6122262705 but sellers address is also fake. So packet is on hold for last ten days. I raised a dispute on ebay but was closed in sellers favour without any reason. This type of sellers are not only cheat but a potential damage to E bay. I felt also loosing confidence on E Bay.using another courier was seller's trick

I have purchased a new HP Pavillion Laptop + TV DV9334 (350026204797)from ebay.in through goldencomputersltd during First week of March 2008 , Pyment made to ebay through ICICI bank , Sl No of Item is CNF7121QMY, PRODUCT NUMBER RV119UA#ABA ,Now The labptop have some motherbord problem and presently it is informed from HP Service centre Calicut that the warrenty of the item expired in April 2008.I have also confirmed from site that the guarantee expired in april 2008, as per ebay specification the guaratee is for 1 year, when contacted the seller he replied that golden computers shutdown now and better to contact ebay, This is a cheating by ebay , to whom I have to contact for settling the matter

I have been cheated in my last three transiction. I have purchased many items thru ebay & I m a old member (since bazee). I think now nobody is taking care of such cheating on ebay. I m a going to give a statment very soon on leading news papers against ebay.As I m a big advertiser for print media, they will print the story thruout India. I give one week to ebay mngmnt to resolve all such disputs not mine but of others too. Naveen, ALLEN, Kota (Raj.)
