POOR DECESSION OF THE JURY MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY COURY OF EBAY

Dear members of ebay if am very very sad to inform you that you dont know how to judge and make a decesion at ebay communtiy court i have posted a negetive feed back that i did not delever a item to a customer in kolkata and he gave me a negetive feed back in this regards i spoke to ebay and filed a matter to the community court also in ebay but what is the response is that 51% of the jury members have voted against me and let the negetive feed back remain so what is the use of having a jury please do not have a commuity court of have a jury sir one question to all of ebay members is that if you are selling at ebay do you like to make your customers unhappy if so then do you send a parcel without the item inside and how many of the customers speak the truth after receiving the item also they so no in how may cases tell me i send the item to my customer in kolkata but he is received a box which is empty so what can i do for it it is not problem i sent the item to him and even ebay is in support of the customer it is bad to hear that ebay is taking its commision and then also supporting the customer also so what is the valuve of the buyer in ebay he is untrustable so i ruquest the jury members of the community court to in future have a decesion that is benefited to the buyer also and to the seller also and not make a decesion that will hurt the seller ? please keep in mind 😐

If this is how you've presented your case in the CC, I'll be surprised if even one juror voted in your favor.
A case needs to be presented along with facts, proof, pictures etc. - in this case you should have included a scanned copy of the POD showing the package weight when posted.

Btw I've sold more than a few items on eBay and I've never had a case where the buyer claimed he did not receive the item - of course I only ship via a reputed courier and with insurance. If you did not use a good courier company, it's quite possible the item was stolen.

Hi !

Courier service is going to be a major problem for most of the seller now. I don't unserstand while we check the item bourselves before packing then how the buyer receives a empty box. i also have faced problems like this.


EBAY SHOULD ARRANGE FOR ITS OWN PICK-UP & DELIVERY SYSTEM AT REASONABLE RATES. This will surely help all sellers to expand their business. And when sale increases then it will be good for all Seller , Buyer & Ebay itself.
