We have reported so many fraud Sellers together.
I always read your discussions on choice listings.
Anyway....
The New Buyers feel that the Sellers are completely verified and that they are paying the money in the safe hands of ebay.
But they are not aware that how easily Rs.28,000 would go in the hands of a New seller .....without any assurance of getting the Item.
If a new comer is not aware of how to get a claim .....probably he will loose the money ....ebay is hardly concerned.
I think if ebay sets up seperate department for marketing, processing, designing, accounts, T&S etc etc....then why can't they set up a seperate department which helps out New members get back their money from Fraud Sellers. These Buyers should be given full cooperation in getting the claim.
But what I can see is that after a fraudulent DEAL.... the Buyer is left alone to run from Pillar to Post. And if he or she doesn't complete a particular STEP in time .....he looses money as well as faith in ebay.
