I have order ebay independence day (2012) gift and got it on around Nov 2012. The gift Micromax x263 mobile phone. The phone is not working properly. I lodged a compliant in dec 2012 to resolve the mobile problem. I keep on chasing for more than 4 months and still not resolved. Every time i call and they say with 48 hours or week time and resolve this. But not yet solved. I spoken with many guys like allen, antony, Ramzon, sameer, sidtharth in promotional team and they are speaking like politicians. Because they never call back or solve the problem.
