I had purchased Giftmate voucher based on your recommendation by email.
I had purchased gift mate voucher for Rs.3000/- on 29th of MArch2008.It was mentioned on your site that the purchase from future bazzar site should be made on or before 31/03/2008as offer to buy at 50%end son 31st March 2008.
I have been trying to make purchase from your site for last two days but due to technical problem on your site have not been able to shop for a single Rupee,Mr.Muneet from your help desk confirmed that there is technical problem going on your site and may be it will be resolved by today evening.However My request to ship me home mart gift vouchers for Rs.6000/-against my purchase of Rs.3000/-was turned down by him and i was very very bluntly told to to contact Giftamte
It is quite unfortunate experience that for two days we are not able to buy anything from your site.unfortunately there is no message about technical problem on your site?
I once again request you to please either send em confirmation that the offer is extended for further period of three days from the date of your solving technical problem on your site so that we can easily make purchases.
It is rather shocking to note that India's number one online shopping site is so horrible and their staff behaves in manner which is quite unfriendly to online customers.
I hope you will be able to provide me some solutions tot he problem!
