Hello All,
We request all members who are facing issues with the Turbo lister to follow the below procedure and help us to better investigate the issue.
1. In your Turbo Lister tool, there is an option Help on the menu bar at the Top.
2. Click on the Help icon and there is an option in the list on the drop down which says "Contact Customer Support".
3. Once you click on the "Contact Customer Support" tab, you can see a checkbox at the bottom of the window giving you the option to email with log files. Please make sure this has been selected and send the request with your comments to our team.
This will help us identify the issue better :-).
