pathetic customer service...incompetent and rude agents...fraudulent dealers...even the escalation team is pathetic....all they are concernned about is how to get rid of the greivances and maintain their Srvice Level metrices...
every aggreived customer should go to consumer court against ebay...that is my advice to all...
i ll never purchase anything from ebay and make sure that others in my network dont as welll...
