I sold a product in apr 2012 and there some dispute arise. buyer opened the case but at end ebay transferred the money in my account. in these 4-5 months, my paisapay balance was always shown as 0. but now i sold iphone worth rs.19500 and ebay deducted rs.10300 from that money and gave me only 8700. The question to all of u here is how ebay can deduct money without notifying u even when paisa pay balance is 0. We think ebay is safe as it withhelds our money till remittance but now they have started doing 420 like other cheap websites.
