ebay post has written message 100% ebay guarantee but now they say this item is not in our policy

bought ON 100% gold standard whey .Received dirt and crap and fake material.

Now ebay says its not in our guarantee as per policy. Still the same product posted on ebay and its written 100% guarantee on ebay

Why is ebay cheating the buyers , if the product is not under ebay guarantee , it should be mentioned or there should be a warning

that buy at your own risk.

Ebay is cheating the buyers and its behavior is totally irresponsive... Shame on ebay

You might have interacted with one of the many ill trained eBay customer care staff. Call eBay customer care and also email them again and ask them to see the feedback of this seller. Its very obvious that its a fake product. You will get refund of your money.
